Special rate phone numbers

Overview
There are certain phone number prefixes which qualify as special rate numbers and are charged at a per-minute rate, regardless of the calling plan that is assigned to the user placing the calls. These numbers are often split-cost/shared-cost numbers that are higher-cost than standard numbers in their country.

Viewing your per minute special rate
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Billing.
- Click View/Edit Countries/Regions, next to your Zoom Phone plan.
Countries or regions with a special rate have a blue arrow in the far-right column. - Click the the blue arrow to view your special rate (Special column).
Viewing calls being charged at a special rate
To check if your calls are being charged at a special rate:
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management then Logs.
- Make sure the Show charged calls only option is selected.
The per minute rate can be found under the charge column by hovering over the question mark. This per minute rate can be cross referenced to the rate listed in the Billing tab.
