Assigning client codes to phone calls

Last Updated :

Overview

Note: This feature needs to be enabled on your account by Zoom. After contacting support, please allow up to 3 business days for the feature to be enabled.

Account owners and admins can assign client codes to calls in the call log. This makes it easier for service organizations to bill customers based on the duration of a call. For an accounting firm that bills per hour for consultations, the firm can assign a client code to a specific call to make it easier to identify the call when billing the client.
