Requesting a vanity toll-free number

Overview

Vanity toll-free numbers are numbers that can be used to spell out memorable words or phrases. They can be used to make a phone number recognizable for your brand; for example, 1-800-FLOWERS.

Note: You can not request vanity local (regular) numbers. 

Prerequisites

• Account owner or admin privileges
• Zoom Phone toll-free license
• The vanity numbers you want to request

Checking for available toll-free licenses

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Click Phone System Management > Users & Rooms.
3. Click Plan Details, then the Phone Numbers tab.
   Check if you have available toll-free licenses in the far-right column. 

Requesting a vanity number

Draft an email to numberordering@zoom.us with the following information:

• Numbers you want to request
• Confirmation that there is an available toll-free license
• CC your Account Manager or main point of contact at Zoom
